Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate clinical profiles and pivotal trial data of ripretinib and vimseltinib to key customers.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to address customer needs.
- Partner with crossfunctional commercial teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert on GIST and TGCT disease states product expertise and market dynamics.
- Develop specific account/prescriber action plans using analytics.
- Continuously evaluate plans and pivot as necessary to address evolving business dynamics.
- Collaborate effectively with field and home office teams.
- Contribute to the creation of resources tools and processes for field success.
- Meet and exceed business objectives through thoughtful planning and collaboration.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in business life sciences or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Eight or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries including at least four years in oncology and/or rare disease sales.
- Oncology launch experience and competitive market experience required.
- Rare/orphan market experience strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships with key customers highly valued.
- Track record of performance and passion for making a difference for patients.
- Ability to understand all facets of the sales cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- High ethical standards and patientfocused approach.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
Additional Information :
Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $166000.00 $228000.00. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors including but not limited to depth of experience education skillset overall performance and/or location.
