Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Caseware youll be working alongside the talent acquisition team as you find and hire the best talent for the next chapter in Casewares journey while delivering an amazing candidate experience.
Youll partner with hiring managers across the organization to run the entire recruitment process for talent from gathering the requirements for the new positions sourcing talent screening applicants scheduling and coordinating interviews presenting offers and working closely with our People Operations and Technology teams to set your new hires up for successful and engaging onboarding.

People who see challenges as opportunities and want their work to speak volumes
Comfortable operating in ambiguity or without all the processes firmly in place (we love to innovate around here!

This a fulltime permanent position

Location:This role is hybrid. You will be required to work from our Toronto office 3days a week located at 351 King Street East Toronto ON

What you will be doing:

    • Proactively collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify our hiring needs role requirements and leverage their networks for top talent
    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including creating compelling job descriptions sourcing screening interviewing and coordinating offers through to the candidates first day
    • Source candidates using various channels (obvious and notso obvious! such as job boards social media networking and employee referrals and contribute to positive branding efforts
    • Ensure all candidates have a longlasting positive experience when interviewing with Caseware
    • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure we maintain datacentric decisions

What you will bring:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration sales or a related field
    • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition recruiting or human resources (team of one applicant are welcome!
    • Knowledge with hiring regulations and compliance is a must!
    • Experience is in a global and/or SaaS product company or agency supporting this profile of organizations
    • Experience with managing multiple projects at any given time (typically navigating 515 roles at a time) speaking/interviewing numerous candidates per day 48 typically) with an ability to prioritize
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (If you have an affinity for data software platforms and/or AI to add efficiencies
    • Building network and information sources to keep up to date with industry trends best practices and has an ability to communicate challenges to market in a clear and timely manner
    • Gifted storyteller and able to translate complex ideas/products in a meaningful and compelling way
    • Proven passion for finding and hiring top talent!
