The Parenting Research Centre (PRC) is seeking a visionary Senior Strategic Initiatives Specialist to join our dynamic Strategic Initiatives Group.

The Role
In this parttime role 0.50.8 FTE) on a 12month contract with the potential for a permanent transition you will report to our accomplished former CEO now Principal Consultant and some of your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the design and of strategic initiatives transforming concepts into sustainable highimpact solutions.
Develop strategic partnerships secure funding and cultivate relationships that drive business growth.
Conduct indepth research and analysis to guide organisational decisionmaking.
Collaborate across teams to implement projects aligned with PRCs strategic goals.
Contribute to our broader cultural and social initiatives including our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
What You Bring
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
A passion for improving lives through evidencebased solutions.
Proven success in business development stakeholder engagement and project management.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a knack for crafting impactful proposals.
Strong digital literacy and experience with data tools/systems.
A collaborative innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
Desirable:
A postgraduate degree in a relevant field and experience in the community services health or education sectors.
Knowledge and ability to apply bestsuited project management approaches across the waterfall agile and lean disciplines.
Demonstrated experience in data analytics systems and reporting.
