- Has Reliable Transportation
- Drivers License
- Owns Power Tools
- Owns Hand Tools
- Speaks Spanish

Work is in the metroAltanta area. The company owner purchases homes to be renovated restored and resold. Candidates should be able to work independently without much oversight with ability to communicate effectively back to owner.
