HR Assistant Payroll Benefits and Admin Support Were looking for a detailoriented HR Assistant to support our clients Human Resources team with payroll processing benefits administration and general HR administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys being the goto person for keeping things organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with biweekly or monthly payroll processing
Support benefits enrollment and handle employee questions
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare HRrelated reports as needed
Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
13 years of HR support experience preferred
Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS or payroll software experience a plus
