Job Description
As a Senior Accountant you will take charge of fullcycle accounting functions including financial reporting tax compliance and general ledger reconciliation while ensuring adherence to international standards and deadlines. You ll play a key role in providing financial insights that support global operations.
Job Overview
Shift: Night Shift (Mon Fri 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)
Work setup: Onsite (Ortigas/Makati)

- Maintain and update financial records ledgers and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Perform regular reconciliations for GL AR AP and bank accounts
- Prepare tax returns and implement tax strategies
- Manage and oversee AP/AR processing and credit control
- Monitor and forecast cash flow; manage liquidity
- Coordinate audits and enforce internal controls
- Improve financial systems and train team members
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders and management
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred
- 4 years experience in accounting or finance preferably in an outsourced or multinational setting
- Proficiency in NetSuite; familiarity with Bill Blackline and 1099 is a plus
- Solid understanding of Accounting and AP functions
- Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
- Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
- Experience with US companies is a bonus
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail integrity and professionalism
