Job Description
Achievement Charter Academy in Fuquay Varina has K5 teaching positions available in a multiage classrooms. Our mission is to foster individual achievement by teaching students to be selfdirected learners and community contributors in a respectful diverse and inclusive learning environment. We use the Glasser Quality School model as an innovative learning approach to meet the needs of our diverse group of students. We believe this offers a fluid and flexible delivery to help maximize students learning styles and abilities.
To offer a wellrounded experience for our students we incorporate Choice Time activities provided by parents retired teachers and community members including art music cooking gardening auto mechanics carpentry and more.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Current North Carolina Teaching License
- Classroom experience
- High energy and enthusiasm for teaching
- Willingness to learn more about Choice Theory and Glasser Quality Schools

Salary: $40000.00 $55000.00 per year
