Position: Senior Manufacturing Coordinator
Department: Production
Reports To: Program Manager OPEX
Are you passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of simplification and standardization We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manufacturing Coordinator to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and enhance production efficiencies. Play a pivotal role in transforming our production processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives within production departments.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand challenges and support Lean Management Systems.
- Identify and execute projects for process improvements including increasing yield reducing costs and enhancing safety.
- Incorporate quality into every aspect of work ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Your Role in Health & Safety:
Safety is a collective responsibility. Support management in creating an environment committed to Environmental Health Safety and Energy improvements. Ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Relevant 3rd Level Qualification required.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (cGMP preferred).
- Proven success in leading business process improvements.
- LEAN/Six Sigma training with practical application experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in a continuous improvement environment applying Lean tools such as 80/20 Value Stream Mapping and more.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in Power Bi and Power App Development.
- Fluent in English with strong presentation abilities.
Behavioral Traits:
