Reporting to the Service Manager South Iberia the Field Service Engineer is responsible for managing and performing the scheduled maintenances repairs and commissioning also for generating leads to grow the business and for giving the best service experience to our customers.
This position is part of the Service Team located in Madrid and will be field based.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Look at your calendar for todays and next days work orders
Manage the material needed
Drive to customer site
Talk with the customer be an active listener perform the job and give feedback to the customer.
Do the report close the Work order relax and be ready for the next day!
The essential requirements of the job include:
Willingness to travel between 710days per month in average
Electronics knowledge
Driving licence
Great communication skills and good level in English
Great team spirit skills

Reportando al Gerente de Servicio del Sur de Iberia el Ingeniero de Servicio de Campo es responsable de gestionar y realizar los mantenimientos programados reparaciones y puesta en marcha tambin de generar oportunidades para hacer crecer el negocio y de brindar la mejor experiencia de servicio a nuestros clientes.
Esta posicin es parte del equipo de servicio ubicado en Madrid y ser basada en campo.
En este rol un da tpico se ver as:
Revisar tu calendario para las rdenes de trabajo de hoy y del da siguiente
Gestionar el material necesario
Conducir al sitio del cliente
Hablar con el cliente ser un oyente activo realizar el trabajo y dar retroalimentacin al cliente
Hacer el informe cerrar la orden de trabajo relajarse y estar listo para el prximo da
Los requisitos esenciales del trabajo incluyen:
Disposicin para viajar entre 7 y 10das al mes en promedio
Conocimientos de electrnica
Licencia de conducir
Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y buen nivel de ingls
Grandes habilidades de trabajo en equipo
