The opportunity:
You will be part of the Software Clubs Finance team and will work directly with the CEO and CFO to manage and monitor the organizations finances performance and efficiency. You will also actively participate in strategic financial and corporate development projects.
Manage financial monitoring tools and reporting
Manage accounting processes (incl. management of external accountant working closely with the financial team in the Philippines closing of the accounts 1x/ year
Manage payments (salaries bank accounts accounts receivable and accounts payables)
Manage internal financial tools (e.g. Spendesk)
Lead companys financial monitoring: annual forecasts strategic budget allocation (working closely with other managers of the company on these topics) cost and performance analytics
Implement financial processes throughout the companys departments & international offices (France Egypt Philippines Vietnam)
Build KPI setup and performance monitoring
Perform financial data analysis cost controlling and performance management
Lead cost optimization projects
Manage capital allocations strategy including loans with BNPP BPI
Manage grant and subsidy applications working closely with BNPP BPI and other relevant institutions
Assist in the preparation of investmentrelated events (e.g. fundraising) engaging with investors as needed
Lead the Crdit Impt Recherche (CIR) process in collaboration with the leadership team
