Your Role:
This position manages the Eshift (night weekend) production staff in the Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) work centers at our Jaffrey NH facility reporting to the Production Manager. The position will oversee the daytoday operation of the work centers maintaining production output and product quality. The Production Supervisor will build and sustain a strong manufacturing team through a balanced approach towards employee safety product quality and customer delivery performance.The working hours will be 6p6a Friday and Saturday and 4p12a Sunday. Any remaining hours will be determined by candidate and manager.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 years of experience working as a team leader or in a position of increasing responsibilities to achieve operational safety quality and output goals.
- 1 years of experience coordinating activities withother departments
- 1 years of experience driving continuous improvement effortswith lean tools and operator engagement
- 1 years of experience ensuring compliance with all EHS and quality regulations.
- 1 years of experience with ISO and cGMP regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher Education Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
- Collaborative handson team player with high energy Highly selfmotivated
- Proven strong leadership skills w/ ability to motivate inspire and build a high performing team.
- Able to clearly communicate issues and areas for improvement to management and direct reports in a timely and easy to understand manner.
- Proven problemsolving ability and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience driving effective pragmatic and riskbased decisions.
- Always looking to share and advance best practices.
- Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo in a respectful/professional manner
