Job Duties:

The WWRC Vocational Services Department is looking for a qualified individual to serve as a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst. This position will assist in the implementation and monitoring of services to clients involved in programming at WWRC. Other duties include but are not limited to facilitating behavioral health services provided at WWRC ensuring that clients involved in programs receive appropriate behavioral intervention services and documenting progress within these services; tracking developing and providing positive behavior supports to maintain the stability of the behavioral environment at WWRC including individualized support plans interventions and group facilitation. This position has been designated an essential position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge:
Knowledge of characteristics of various emotional physical behavioral and developmental disabilities.
Knowledge of social issues within a residential treatment or educational setting.
Knowledge and skills in behavioral analysis and behavioral management principles and techniques.
Knowledge and experience in developing behavior support plans to address the individual needs of consumers.
Knowledge and experience in providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with disabilities in relation to vocational goals.
Knowledge of leading psychoeducational and support groups in a residential setting.
Working knowledge of Windowsbased computer office software and similar software.
Understanding of case management within a vocational rehabilitation perspective.

Skills/Abilities:
Skills in observing and collecting data.
Skills in data entry including working knowledge of office procedures tracking systems and work task organization.
Skills in working directly with people in an empathic manner leading to therapeutic learning experiences.

Additional Considerations:

Experience providing behavioral therapy or treating the individual needs of persons with physical behavioral substance abuse emotional or developmental disabilities.
