Responsibilities:
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly on commercial matters.
- Providing entrepreneurial pragmatic businessoriented advice related to the clients commercial contracts.
- Maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across teams.
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in an inhouse setting.
Requirements:
- 6 years PQE preferably in an inhouse environment
- Experience working on a wide variety of commercial contracts including but not limited to SOWs NDAs MSAs and vendor procurement supply chain service and customer/sales agreements.
- Experience in risk identification and management and contract planning.
- Experience creating contract templates and/or experience managing contract databases highly regarded.
