Key Details:

• Salary: $60000 $70000 a year depending on experience.
• Location: Vancouver WA (hybrid). Must be available to work onsite at our office.
• Travel: Some travel is expected to the Netherlands head office on an annual basis.

Who You Are: Youre a dynamic marketing and communications professional who thrives on creating impactful brand messaging. With a strategic mindset and a creative approach you excel at crafting compelling content across digital print and inperson channels to enhance brand recognition and engagement. Youre a natural storyteller who understands market trends builds strong media relationships and represents the company at promotional events. Beyond external marketing you also play a key role in internal communications ensuring employees stay informed and connected to the companys mission vision and values. Additional qualifications include:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field preferred; experience in lieu of a degree is considered
• 2 years experience related to Marketing and Communications
• Experience developing and implementing marketing and/or social media campaigns materials and associated website management
• Proficiency in design with Adobe
• Excellent time management organization and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid U.S. Drivers License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous experience in sustainable technologies or environments is a plus

What Youll Do: As the Marketing Communications Specialist youll elevate the HoSt Groups brand across North America. From creating and managing digital content social media and email campaigns to supporting public relations and event planning youll bring marketing strategies to life across a range of platforms. Youll collaborate with the U.S. and international teams to ensure consistent messaging and compelling visuals manage media and client communications and keep all marketing assetsdigital and printfresh and aligned with business goals. This role combines handson content creation offering an exciting opportunity to drive visibility engagement and growth for a missiondriven organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Report to Chief Sales Officer and Area Sales Managers to create engaging materials to support the sales of HoSts product offerings
• Contribute to shortterm and longterm marketing plans reflective of needs of clients and market trends while increasing brand awareness and sales
• Create marketing and sales materials adhering to brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite
• Initiate attend and oversee the organization and of promotional and industry events such as trade shows
• Engage with CRM mining for opportunities to engage with current customers past customers and potential customers using email campaigns
• Provide PR assistance and recommendations
