This position requires regular oncampus work but is eligible for a hybrid work schedule during summer and winter breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology & System Administration:
Support HR technology projects process reviews testing and training.
Monitor and troubleshoot HR processes and system issues.
Manage Workday updates testing and system changes.
Provide HR system support for functions like Open Enrollment and Performance Management.
Handle change requests production control tickets and data loads.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop HR reports and analytics using Workday tools.
Create calculated fields and analytics indicators.
Support scheduled and adhoc reporting needs.
Workday & HCM Management:
Maintain Workday HCM system and ensure data accuracy.
Modify and generate HR reports.
Implement technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Compensation & Job Classification:
Analyze and update compensation policies for compliance and equity.
Oversee job classification and pay grade structures.
Conduct job audits and salary recommendations.
Assist with inclusive job description development.
General HR Support:
Provide HR assistance and collaborate with payroll.
Serve as backup for other HR specialists.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR Business IT or related field.
PHR or SHRMCP certification preferred.
3 years of Workday HCM configuration experience preferred.
2 years of business analysis and HR experience preferred.
Strong technical analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
