We have a seasonal employment opportunity at Htel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix from May to September 2025.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Help with checkin and checkout.
- Assist agents in complex situations.
- Help with the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests provide information on hotel services schedules available amenities etc..
- Collaborate with other departments.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Experience in the hospitality industry an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
