Job Description
Position : Service Engineer
Job lcoation : Delhi
Responsibilites :
1. Handling customer service calls & maintain the record for service calls
2. Perform supervision of erection & commissioning of pumps
3. Perform servicing of pumps at site for warranty/paid jobs
4. Analyse root cause & take corrective actions
5. Preparing detailed service analysis report for customer submission
6. Perform routine inspections preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
7. Troubleshooting & Diagnose mechanical hydraulic and electrical issues in pump systems.
8. Maintain service records reports and compliance documentation.
9. Contribution and taking effective measures in reducing the customer complaints and warranty jobs
Skill Set :
Sound Knowledge of pump mechanics with prior experience in servicing industrial & engineered pumps. Especially hands on work experience in vertical turbine pump concrete volute pump horizontal split case pumps multistage pumps
