Job Description
Reporting to our Senior Programme Director as our Senior Production Director you will lead and oversee all aspects of creative production across multiple creative agencies crossBU crossmedia crossgeography and for all activation levels.
Productions can vary in scale and complexity and the Production Support levels may range from Light Support Full Support Integrated support to Consultancy only. This role requires a deep understanding of global production and leadership. You will drive operational excellence foster innovation and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver highquality creative outputs while aligning with Jellyfishs business goals.
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients ensuring creative solutions align with their business needs.
- Deliver in line with and uphold the adidas Production Policy Processes Guidelines and brand culture
- Lead and develop a Creative production team ensuring operational efficiency.
- Partner with Operations to maintain and improve global operational processes
- Be the final point of escalation for team and daytoday production issues
- Oversee all production resources and optimization possibilities
- Manage largescale budget high profile talent and optimise costefficiency across productions
Qualifications :
- 10 years experience in a mix of agency brand and/or production companies leading large scale global productions
- Industry leadership with a deep understanding of trends emerging technologies and market shifts.
- Visionary approach to creative production driving innovation while ensuring commercial impact.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience scaling creative production teams.
- Expertise in AIdriven production tools automation and emerging content technologies.
- Strong business acumen including budgeting resource optimization and P&L management.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with datadriven performance insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
