Job Description
MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. a leader in the U.S. Cabinet Manufacturing Industry is looking for an enthusiastic resultsoriented Product & Design Trainer to join a highperforming and passionate team responsible for the strategic planning and of the UltraCraft and Europa premium full access cabinetry brands.
The selected candidate will work intimately with Product Sales Customer Service Creative Digital and other internal teams to develop and execute training programs and content for key influencers including Kitchen and Bath Designers and Sales Representative Partners. Training content will include product detail interior design trends designer best practices selling techniques living in place designing onboarding and more. The chosen candidate will be driven excited to try new approaches and lead the charge with the training of target audiences to continue to position MasterBrand as the preferred partner of choice.
The position is remote but will require travel across the US.
YOUR ROLE:
Activate the Training Strategy through training program and content development and
Maintain calendar of training events and schedule and execute learning opportunities both inperson and on digital platforms
Create and manage materials ongoing for training classes and courses with regular material audits and updates as needed
Develops training courses in multiple mediums including live virtual recorded and eLearnings
Develops training courses in multiple topics including: Product Kitchen Design Sales strategies and 2020 (technology tool)
Develops and maintains the iLMS systems used internally and by MasterBrand customers.
Partners with other training managers to support each other in seasonal times of high and low workload.
Develop and deploy communications and event logistics related to training and learning opportunities
Develop training articles for use in social media website and/or other marketing initiatives
Measure training results and take action on continuous growth
Leverages ideas from other reviews and coworkers to provide valueadded recommendations and best practices to others.
Consistently demonstrates the MasterBrand Way positioning the company for growth and helping identify opportunities to reduce waste complexity and improve our work environment.
Demonstrates teamwork by responsively collaborating with the team and other brand trainers/stakeholders sharing information and ideas proactively seeking and accepting constructive feedback and accepting additional assignments when appropriate.
Identifies selfdevelopment needs and seeks opportunities to work on areas that will further develop skills
Qualifications :
Passionate about kitchen design with industry and product interests
Detail oriented. Must have or gain extensive expertise in how products are used in kitchen design
Expert in leading inperson and virtual training courses; Experience in Education a plus
A passion for content development writing and customer engagement that drives results
Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and building traditional and digital content and training that engages informs and drives brand confidence preference and loyalty
Consistent polished and professional appearance both inperson and virtually
Selfstarter but with ability to influence crossfunctional teams
Experience with Design Live 2020 preferred
Ability/willingness to learn new functions tools etc
Willingness to travel 2550 for inperson training and manufacturing plant tours
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: 2 years working closely with or as a kitchen and bath designer
5 years managerlevel experience in Marketing Training or similar field
