Job Description

As the Senior Director Channel Marketing you will lead integrated retail and ecommerce marketing strategies to grow Moens presence and performance across major partners such as Home Depot Lowes Amazon and Wayfair. With your deep expertise in omnichannel strategy consumer engagement and collaborative leadership you will shape Moens gotomarket and build strong crossfunctional connections to drive sustained growth.

You will work across internal teams and external partners to elevate brand visibility optimize shopper experiences and align marketing efforts with Moens business goals. Your ability to deliver actionable insights strengthen customer relationships and champion highperforming teams will be essential to success in this dynamic multibrand environment.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Effective mid2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new worldclass campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration along with amenities for dining onsite daycare fitness and recreation.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and lead retail and ecommerce channel marketing strategies that enhance visibility conversion and customer engagement across Moens key partners.
  • Partner closely with Sales Digital and RGM teams to execute omnichannel campaigns that connect the customer journey across online and instore touchpoints.
  • Lead the strategic planning and flawless of channelspecific product launches in collaboration with Product and Innovation teams.
  • Build strong relationships with major retail and digital commerce partners to codevelop campaigns optimize placements and enhance category presence.
  • Oversee the creation of merchandising strategies and sales tools including planograms displays training content and marketing collateral.
  • Drive performance analysis and reporting across all channels turning insights into actions to continuously improve results.
  • Manage budget planning and investment allocation to maximize ROI and align with broader commercial objectives.
  • Empower a highperforming team through mentorship coaching and clear strategic direction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform proactive marketing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with peers across the business to share insights evolve best practices and align channel marketing strategies with enterprise goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in retail or omnichannel marketing within the building products or consumer durables industry.
  • 5 years of experience managing customer accounts channel marketing or retail partnerships including budget oversight and P&L exposure.
  • Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional initiatives and managing through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and retail merchandising strategies with experience in platforms like Amazon Wayfair and bigbox retailers.
  • Skilled in performance tracking using tools like Tableau PowerBI or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust share clear strategies and engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and SAP.
  • Ability to travel up to 30 for customer meetings store visits or market activations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in CPG or building material industries.


Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $140000 USD $220000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
