Job Description
As a change manager youll guide our client through the transformations that will accelerate them towards their goals. Youll apply change management models methodologies processes and tools to assess and drive adoption of changesmeeting the clients need for highly visible programs projects and initiatives.

- You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and how products are built and delivered.

- You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and nextgen technologies to solve our clients toughest business challenges. Youll work sidebyside with architects managers and engineering consultants to gain a 360degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
- 5 10 years of overall experience in a change management or a similar role practicing and applying change methodologies tools and processes.
- Extensive experience leading change management initiatives focused on the implementation and adoption of new technical products and tools.
- 2 years of experience as a management consultant preferably at a large leading consulting company.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing technical teams including product owners and software developers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Emergency Operation Centers (EOC) and/or first responders is highly preferred.
- Experience working within the utilities industry.
- Prosci Change Practitioner certification or comparable change management credentialing.
Additional Information :
At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target hourly pay range of $66 $89 for this role. The final hourly rate offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location.
