Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Parking Permit Administrator within a busy Finance Team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing parking permit/season ticket requests for branch staff across the company and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Please note: Due to company policy we will not be considering applications if you are located more than 1 hour from Colchester*

As a Parking Permit Administrator you will receive:

  • A salary of 12733 per annum (prorata)
  • Part time hours contracted at 20 hours per week

Your main duties will include:

  • Process parking permit requests in accordance with company policy
  • Track and manage upcoming permit renewals
  • Answer questions from employees regarding permit applications status and helping solve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all issues permits and assist with the enforcement of company parking policies
  • Cancellations of permits no longer required and ensuring refunds are received
  • Requesting and saving VAT receipts from all transactions
  • Checking invoices received for parking are correct and obtaining authorisation for payment
  • Other Adhoc Duties as and when required

Candidates Attributes should include:

  • Strong administrative & Organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure
