About the role:
- Working directly with a leading Partner with over 25 years of experience.
- Advise a highprofile clients ranging from high networth individuals to national and international companies across a wide array of industries
- Work on a challenging and varied matters such as sales and acquisition shareholder agreements licensing capital raising intellectual property and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate:
- There are 2 roles: junior role is 2 PQE and then the senior role is 4 PQE
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Up to date knowledge of relevant laws and legislations.
- Excellent communication analytical & drafting skills.
- Team player with the ability to manage and delegate work.
- Strong time management skills in order to manage competing matters.
