Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for executing continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency across SourcetoPay (S2P) procurement processes. This roles objectives include standardizing processes directing strategy sessions with leadership and supporting tracking of performance metrics to measure success. The lead will also be responsible for equipping leaders with tools and strategies and leading of change management strategies to promote successful adoption across organization
Direct strategy sessions with functional leadership to support business review cost improvement and performance driven initiatives fostering exchange of ideas and information
Drive excellence in functions by equipping leaders with operational excellence tools and strategies enabling them to enhance processes foster innovation and achieve operational efficiencies
Elevate operational efficiency across procurement by driving standardization simplification and optimization across all related S2P processes
Lead development and of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions drive stakeholder engagement and promote successful adoption of implemented changes across organization
Support tracking of key performance indicators to ensure successful attainment of service levels and alignment of workflow performance with organizations business objectives
Drive analysis and prioritization of continuous improvement initiatives delivering actionable recommendations and progress reports to functional leadership team
team members possess necessary skills and tools to excel in their roles
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration with other teams enhancing collaborating and knowledge exchange to support strategic projects and business improvement opportunities
Seek out opportunities to share operational excellence thought leadership in internal and external venues positioning team as pillar of thought leadership across industry
Qualifications :
BA/BS in Business Administration Supply Chain or related degrees; MBA/MS preferred
5 years of Procurement experience including over 3 years in a leadership role
Strong track record of leading operational excellence initiatives and change management
Process Management & Optimization experience
Proficient in budget management operational oversight and invoice verification with high financial acumen ensuring adherence to standards and priorities
Innovative problemsolving skills and strategic thinking combined with a solutionoriented mindset enabling creative approaches that challenge the status quo and clear communication at all organizational levels
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering transparent comprehensive reporting ensuring alignment with strategic goals and organizational accountability
Strong crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities supported by exceptional soft skills and emotional intelligence to facilitate effective communication and robust relationshipbuilding
Impactful executive functioning abilities and autonomous work ethic maintaining efficient performance in challenging situations and building consensus in decisionmaking

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
