Job Description
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Oversees the IT related issues that are essential to business.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service including strong analytical business process understanding and problemsolving skills.
- Control tower & coordination of service delivery related responses & activities.
- Ability to think logically and quickly under pressure.
- Proactiveness 24x7 monitoring & realtime visibility to IT outage in real time manner.
- Monitoring maintaining tickets and work closely with business stakeholders on IT Issue.
- Provide fast and efficient support when and where its needed to ensure end users remain productive and operations run smoothly.
- Handle support tickets within the required SLA and IT service.
- Support first level documentation and user guide.
- Keep IT management apprised of critical issues.
- Able to identify and trigger the rightful ticket resolution owner in accordance with business process.
- Handle L2 ticket/issues escalated for resolution.
Requirements for the Role:
- Required to speak read and write in English and Mandarin.
- Diploma Bachelors Degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science.
- Strong language competencies in English and other languages are added advantage.
- Able to work night shift.
- Minimum 1 year of total IT experience/software/services.
