AWS Finance is seeking a selfdriven highly organized resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Seattle WA based Directors. You will act as a seamless extension of the Directors and have the opportunity to work in partnership with our Leaders key business partners and a supportive team of other Executive Assistants.
You will be an experienced and proactive planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility. Key to the position are exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to switch gears on short notice. You will be comfortable operating in a fastpaced goalfocused environment and possess an ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision.
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining data privacy is also critical to success as is professionalism in dealing with senior leadership and peers alike. You will be someone with a strong sense of ownership and sound judgement who wants to build a trusting longterm partnership with leaders and develop a deep understanding of the business.
This is not a hybrid role. Five 5 days a week in office are required.
Key job responsibilities Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion. Organize prioritize and appropriately handle timesensitive confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner. Organize execute and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas onsites/offsites team social events etc.. Schedule cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries both domestic and international (including smooth transitions between time zones). Coordinate with inhouse travel agents and manage international travel process. Submit expense reports in a timely fashion. Coordinate closely with Recruiting teams Facilities team HR team and other Executive Assistants within the Amazon community. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to include meeting notes and action items.
2 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience in a fastpaced hightech company Experience managing multiple calendars
