SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate and driven Data Analyst to join our vibrant team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to contribute to our datadriven decisionmaking processes The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with our Product team to analyze large datasets derive insights create dashboards during data collection and support the deployment of AI solutions on visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or equivalent.

ABOUT US AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health agriculture education and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. We collaborate with governments social sector organizations academic and research institutions and domain experts to identify realworld problems and develop practical AI solutions to tackle these issues with the aim of making a substantial positive impact.

The consultant will lead the projects data management and analytics activities.
Extract data from data platforms (databases) track analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & operational status.
Ensure data accuracy and reliability through cleaning and preprocessing as well as regular feedback to field teams for addressing data quality issues.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends patterns and actionable insights.
Support the deployment of AIdriven solutions on visualization platforms such as Power BI Tableau or equivalent.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assist with diverse projects and initiatives.
Perform adhoc analyses to address specific business inquiries and provide recommendations.
Update and manage databases and data collection systems.
Aid in formulating and executing datadriven strategies and solutions for key project outcomes.
Coordinate and conduct the projectrelated activities including analysis and report writing along with the study team.
Ability to manage large datasets and databases including experience with SQL or NoSQL databases for efficient data extraction and management.
Understanding of data privacy and security standards ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices when handling sensitive data.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualification:
Professionals having proven competency and success in their area of work should possess postgraduate degree in relevant subjects.
OR
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Analytics Statistics or Computer Science.
Essential Experiences:
Minimum 2 years experience with proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R
Desirable skills:
Proficiency and experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong critical thinking a datadriven approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in Python for data analysis enabling the automation of data tasks development of models and implementation of advanced analytical techniques.
Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and their applications contributing to efficient data processing problemsolving and optimization of analytical models.
