Job Description
- Working knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to use and understand electrical meters.
- Minimum of 5 years experience maintaining CNC machines.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a mechanical environment.
- Ability to perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Minimum of 35 years supervising employees.
- Supervise assigned personnel maintain records and ensure a safe work environment.
- Ensure all assigned personnel are meeting their daily weekly and monthly maintenance objectives.
- Provide problem solving and resolution to any and all machine maintenance issues.
- Initiate/maintain personnel training and evaluation of personnel per HR policies.
- Order all parts needed for repair and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Perform control work including cables on CNC hard drives as well as electrical repairs.
- Perform machine modifications such as additions of highpressure pumps and bar feeders.
- Installation of all new CNC machines.
- Perform machine backups.
- All other duties as assigned.
