Senior Physiotherapist Hand Therapy (Bank)

Salary: Up to 24.00 per hour (depending on level of experience training and qualification)
Circle Health Group has an exciting opportunity for a SeniorPhysiotherapist to join our friendly and motivated team of staff working on the hospital Physiotherapy Hand Therapy Department.
This is a bank role working on an as and when required basis you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
Duties of this role include:
- Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery function and independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly ensuring high standards of clinical care.
- Manage a designated caseload efficiently prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe effective and timely patient care.
- Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- HCPCregistered Physiotherapist.
- Solid postregistration experience across a range of clinical areas.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to team working and service improvement.
