The Department of Physician Assistant Studies in the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) College of Medicine is accepting applications for a fulltime twelvemonth nontenure track assistant/associate professor faculty position. Academic rank at time of appointment shall be commensurate with credentials and experience.
The UTHSC Physician Assistant Program admitted their first class in 2014 and is the only public physician assistant (PA) program in the state of Tennessee. To date the program has a > 95 graduation rate and firsttime Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) pass rate.

Established in 1911 the University of Tennessee Health Science Center is the states flagship academic health university and is located on the banks of the Mississippi River in Memphis TN. The University of Tennessee Health Science Centers Memphis campus comprises six colleges Health Professions Dentistry Graduate Health Sciences Medicine Nursing and Pharmacy.
