About Us:
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Generalist is to support the responsibilities of the HR office and assist Associates with matters as needed in accordance to the established policies guidelines and SOPs. Cascade Atrium HR initiatives to management and associates while promoting Atrium company culture and core values.
Work Performed:
The Human Resource Generalist/Supervisor will be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
Talent Acquisition
Support the talent acquisition process in accordance with the established guidelines;
(Indeed Circa Linked In Facebook and others);
Record Retention SOP
Workday Administration
Maintain thorough employment records and compliance requirements by administration through Workday;
Training
Life Safety and Workers Compensation
Partner with GM and leadership team to:
Benefits
Property contact for Associate concerns/questions regarding all Associates benefits;
options
Associate Relations:
NotifyHuman Resources Directorand/or General Managerpromptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters ofsignificance;
assist with follow up items
General Administration:
Facilitate integration of human resources programs policies and procedures and their dissemination through presentations meetings and other deliverymethods;
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications;
and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Required Prior Experience:
2 yearsHuman Resources or Administrative/officeexperience
2 years prior customer service experience
Preferred Prior Experience:
2 years hospitality industry experience
2 years prior recruiting experience
Preferred Education:
Bachelors degree or combination of experience and education
Preferred Licenses/ Certification:
HR professional certification completed or in process
Required Technology:
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Word ExcelPowerPoint;
Preferred Technology:
Workdayexperience
Physical:
8 hours at a desk/computer
Ability to traverse the property
Other:
Preferred Bilingual (based on market specific need)
