Job Summary: | The Wellness Coordinator has direct supervision of the student peer educator staff and is responsible for daily operations of the Peer Health Education program; organizes facilitates and evaluates a variety of health promotion activities for a wide range of campus audiences to improve the overall health and wellbeing academic performance and retention of college students; assists in hiring training managing and evaluating student staff; assists in researching planning and developing programs to support campus and community health initiatives; shares responsibility for strategic planning quality control achieving learning outcomes and meeting the goals and objectives of the department university and state. |

Essential Functions / Job Duties: | - 40 Coordinate a comprehensive wellness program to include interdisciplinary health promotion services wellness campaigns and outreach efforts; coordinate event details and staffing schedules to accommodate programs; assist in marketing implementing and evaluating programs for successful outcomes; monitor and organize internal systems for efficiency and quality control; ensure educational content and materials are accurate and up to date; guide peer educator staff in applying best practices for facilitating presentations group discussions and wellness workshops for students faculty and staff.
