Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazons mobile and desktop websites proprietary devices and DSP solution. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our talented team to help scale our growing Advertising program. Account Managers partner with category team and other internal Amazon business stakeholders to drive advertiser success.
As an Account Manager you must be passionate about understanding the range of advertising products business drivers for performance etc. and act as a consultant to sellers/advertisers and enable them for success.
You will play a key role in the account team for growing the business by being the subject matter expert & owner of advertising related initiatives for your category.
You possess strong analytical ability and will develop deep expertise in Amazons products and proprietary metrics to build winning campaigns and optimizing performance to derive insights and meet our advertisers needs. You also thrive in ambiguous situations with exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills helping you work across global locations.
Core Responsibilities
1 Become an expert on Amazon solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs
2 Indepth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns
3 Optimize campaign performance that fulfills advertiser goals
4 Work crossfunctionally with other Amazon teams to deliver towards business goals
1 More than 3 years of experience in sales.
2 Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
3 University degree with an emphasis in Management Marketing Advertising or Business.
4 Confidence in the analysis of numberbased reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel).
5 An exceptional eye for detail ability to solve problems and given the fast paced nature of our division the aptitude to multi task.
6 An organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up sleeves.
1 MBA or other related Masters degree
2 Professional experience with online advertising e.g. as Account or Campaign Manager at a publisher as media planner at an agency or similar.
3 Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results
4 Experience in ecommerce retail or advertising
5 Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
6 Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
7 Google Ads Display certified
