Job Description
Position Title:Carpentry Maintenance Mechanic 1
Location:Baltimore MD
Position Type:FullTime Dayshift 40 hours Weekly
Position Summary: Performs maintenance repair fabrication installation and modification work on buildings/components offices corridors etc. Under general supervision this work is performed using the tools and techniques of carpentry technology.
Requirements:5 years related work experience including 2 years experience in metal framing drywalls and all types of floorings and ceiling applications.
The fulltime equivalent spent in a stateapproved program may count toward the 5year work experience requirement.
