• Comfort and experience with daily travel and field visits to schools and communities.
• Candidates with 12 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the government education system and related communities.
• Solutionoriented with the ability to use data to guide decisionmaking.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken Marathi communication. Functional proficiency in written and spoken Hindi.
• Basic proficiency in the usage of G suite (Google Calendar Google forms Google Drive Google Meet Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Candidates with regular access to a PC or Laptop are preferred.
• Candidates who own a means of transport are preferred.

Key activities:

• Ensuring fulfilment of targetbased student engagement and learning with the ConveGenius learning platform.
• Problemsolve with stakeholders to ensure that the program runs smoothly every day.
• Active management of relationships with key stakeholders (BRCsCRCs Principals teachers students parents community leaders and members)
• Liasoning with officials to ensure awareness and support for the program.
• Effectively planning days and weeks to ensure that targets are achieved.
• Timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements.
• Language Marathi is mandatory
