A bit about us:

We are looking for a Receptionist and Attendance Officer in our Brunel Centre tosupport the smooth running of the front desk and attendance information.

You will be responsible for welcoming and directing visitors to the relevant location or person answering the phone and taking message an accurate student database for staff parents and external organisations and supporting the pastoral system through good and effective communication.

Brunel College is an Independent Alternative Provision for students in Years 9 10 & 11. The provision specialises in providing a nurturing environment for vulnerable students students with SEND and behavioural needs by delivering lessons on a small group basis where the focus is on the wellbeing of our students.

All about the role:

We are looking for a Receptionist and Attendance Officer tosupport the smooth running of the front desk and attendance information.

You will be responsible for welcoming and directing visitors to the relevant location or person answering the phone and taking message an accurate student database for staff parents and external organisations and supporting the pastoral system through good and effective communication. There will also be responsibilities to support our exams process and generic admin tasks.
