Achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly production target.
Planning of different grades given by PPC Dept.
Preparation of charge mix & melting of charge mix in furnaces.
Special Grades making process improvement & Quality improvement.
Cost reduction planning of sequence casting & ingot look after Daily Production & Maintenance.
Handling of Raw Material to Finish Product.
Daily/ Monthly production costing & analysing.
Work Planning as per requirement of production.
To communicate with Management for implementing at the work Designing & implementing systems procedures & manuals for the preparation & maintenance of Rolling Mill.
Revising Rolling Mill Pass Design.
