Join Our New Team as a Sales Representative in Diabetes Management

Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for healthcare We are looking for 4 Sales Representative to join our team across Germany and promote innovative diabetes management products and services. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Position Title: Sales Representative

Territory: Dusseldorf

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and Sell: Introduce our firstincategory diabetes management system to new customers.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen longterm relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Drive Prescriptions: Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively pursue leads assess customer needs and provide product services to maximize benefits.
  • Educate and Demonstrate: Educate customers on our products and services and demonstrate how our system works.
  • Strategize: Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.
  • Meet Targets: Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Support HCPs: Provide followup support to healthcare professionals including responding to product queries and issues.
  • Market Intelligence: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in the diabetes management market typically obtained through education and sales experience.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • Proficiency in the local language with English language skills being a plus.
