B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Help execute customer care and B2B sales strategies to boost brand awareness generate qualified leads and follow up with business clients in person.
  • Leverage customer insights to recognize market trends define target audiences and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth by supporting lead generation prospecting new business clients and managing follow-up communications.
  • Engage with potential customers throughout the full sales cycle. This includes from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Maintain and organize customer records in our CRM system to ensure accurate and efficient client management.
  • Track analyze and report key sales metrics to support performance improvements and strategic planning.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings preparing sales presentations and managing client documentation.

B2B Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for customer service customer care and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
  • A creative solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically and outside the box
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive goal-driven culture
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required; we provide full training
