Job Description

Residential Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is seeking a motivated Residential Inside Sales Representative help drive growth by proactively engaging new and existing mobile home community contacts. This role focuses on inbound/outbound calls with a strong emphasis on booking appointments and developing a targeted database.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience inside sales or call center.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call connect and interact with homeowners property/community managers.
  • Strong inside sales skills.
  • Experience with MS Office Applications Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.

Key Metrics:

  • Respond to inbound calls from homeowners.
  • Approximately 80 outbound calls per day.
  • Achieve a 30% conversion rate for initial contact/prequalification.
  • Achieve a 50% conversion on booking appointments.
  • Maintain a cancellation/drop-off rate that does not exceed 10%.
  • Conduct weekly database development and research on mobile home communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from homeowners to start rebate applications or answer questions about applications. Consistently achieve or exceed daily call and booking targets.
  • Conduct outbound calls at an aggressive pace.
  • Develop and maintain a targeted database of mobile home community contacts through regular research
  • Track call activity booking rates and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Additional Information:

  • Approximately 10% travel may be required for in-person meetings or training sessions
  • This role is critical in expanding Aeroseals footprint within the utility programs market through persistent outreach and relationship building
  • This is a new role and the Residential Inside Sales Representative should expect responsibilities to evolve as we gain traction within the program

The estimated pay range for this role is $58000 to $60000. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the successful candidates experience skills knowledge and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
