Description
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizonas Community Based Services program provides inhome remedial intervention for atrisk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health with families and atrisk youth to be a positive role model and haven an impact on our families!
Reporting to the Program Manager the Family Support Coordinator (Crisis Support Coordinator) works onetoone with youth between the ages of 217 in a natural setting (home school group home foster care or kinship placement) to address and help stabilize behaviors and avoid disruption. With a caseload of 35 individuals the Crisis Support Coordinator assists with behavior reduction and closely works with the Child/Family Team to identify the supports needed to ensure stabilization. Other job duties include intakes case management and chart maintenance/documentation with Devereux provided equipment (phone and laptop). Devereux will provide mileage reimbursement and work schedules based on the individuals availbility/needs.
Pay Range: $19 $20.90 / hr
Flexible Full Time Schedule: Tuesday Saturday or Sunday Thursday; ability to work afternoons/nights (as late as 8:30pm)
Ability to commute throughout Pima County utilizing your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)

Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalency; Bachelors degree preferred
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma at least four 4 years of full time behavioral health work experience; OR:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalency diploma and a combination of education in a field related to behavioral health and full time behavioral health work experience totaling at least two 2 years; OR:
- Has an Associates degree and at least two 2 years of full time behavioral health work experience; OR:
- Has a Bachelors degree and at least one 1 year of full time behavioral health work experience
- Ability to commute throughout Pima County utilizing your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
OTHER:
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
- Valid Arizona Drivers License & pass DMV 36month history check
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results

- Must be available to attend two 2 weeks of new hire orientation (paid MonFri 8:30am5pm) plus 23 weeks of on the job training
