Within VCA we have a dedicated service line Visa Managed Services (VMS) with specialized experts who are routinely embedded into clients to offer hands on support. From our collective experience we have amassed an extensive set of best practices we leverage to help partners manage customer relationships portfolio levers and product development.

What an Associate Analyst does at Visa:

We are currently looking for an experienced associate analyst to provide onbehalf of services to clients by leading and executing consumer communication engagements enabling the clients to grow further across their payment business.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Support the development of project plans that reflect the tasks responsible and timeline
• Coordinate all the areas involved in the of projects (both internal and external)
• Deliver the assigned projects ensuring they meet the expected results and timeline
• Comply with the internal administrative requirements of the marketing projects
• Track and measure the projects performance. Analyze results provide insights and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement
• Participate in projects that include design and delivery of initiatives to improve client adoption and use of Visa products and tools
• Serving as liaison with functional teams ensuring consistency and collaborative working environment throughout Visas local regional and global groups.
• Structuring information in the most optimal way to perform analysis to summarize business cases project results and commercial initiatives.
• Build and strengthen the relationship with the clients while delivering the projects

This role will support key clients across Korea. The role will help to scale our Managed Services capabilities which will support Visas ambition of diversifying our revenue. 

Qualifications :

What you will need

• A bachelors degree in marketing business administration or communications
• 1 to 2 years experience in marketing communications from the issuer or fintech side
• Proficiency in analysing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadriven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members clients and stakeholders
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project .
• Ability to identify issues and develop solutions to overcome challenges in the project
• Ability to develop and execute a holistic communication strategy that aligns with business goals
• Business level English proficiency

What will also help

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. SEO SEM social media CRM systems analytics tools)
• Certifications such as Google Analytics Google Ads HubSpot Inbound Marketing or PMP (Project Management Professional) can enhance credibility and skills

Projects you will be a part of

Potential projects could include managed services to support clients long term business journey communications strategy development and campaign new business/product/service development and optimization of client customer experience and supporting processes.
