What you will be doing:
- Greet checkin respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through upselling.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (OperaCloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
