We are seeking a highly motivated and well organized selfstarter with a strong dedication to safety. This plant operator should be a strong teammate with the ability to work well with fellow employees carry out daily assigned tasks with minimum supervision and have a strong maintenance background.
You will work in a plant environment filling high pressure and cryogenic product containers performing product analysis conducting equipment inspections and maintenance loading/unloading trailers. You must be comfortable working 8hour rotating shifts and weekend work. We are looking for someone to take ownership of basic safety responsibilities and be passionate about safe work habits and sustaining a team environment. Military electrical instrument or mechanical training is a plus!
Requirements:
- Physically able to handle/push wheeled containers weighing more than 250 lbs.
- Ability to climb trailer ladders/steps safely.
- Demonstrative mechanical aptitude.
- The work shift is during the day Monday Friday. Shift could change subject to work requirements. Must be available for overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Must have good communication and computer skills.
- SAP knowledge a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors 60 of the time.
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements.
- Ability to recognize changing priorities and adapt accordingly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in plant operations desired.
