The S&P Global Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) Strategic Programs team is pivotal in shaping and executing the vision and strategy across the enterprise. With a critical thoughtful and intuitive approach we foster collaboration to enhance S&P Globals capabilities and drive overarching success. Our team leads and manages complex longcycle EDO and enterprisewide strategic programs partnering with senior stakeholders organizationwide. We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic programs and projects ensuring alignment with EDO and enterprisewide goals.

You will play a critical role in enhancing enterprise capabilities enabling crossdivisional data synergy and developing shared ontology and taxonomy. Develop and drive comprehensive strategic project plans ensuring robust governance and alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead the daytoday management of highprofile projects including strategic requirements gathering success metrics monitoring risk/issue management and stakeholder communications.
Navigate and influence complex stakeholder relationships resolving conflicts with strategic diplomacy and finesse.
Innovate and implement business strategies techniques and tools to identify and overcome barriers to success.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance across a global organization fostering collaboration and alignment.
Make independent strategic decisions with minimal oversight demonstrating foresight and initiative.
Proactively seek document and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback to refine and enhance project plans.
Customize and adapt plans to best serve project needs with a focus on sensitive projects or data.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail strategic thinking and robust problemsolving skills. This role demands a commitment to enterprisewide collaboration and the ability to lead initiatives that deliver substantial impactful results for both Market Intelligence and the broader organization.
Basic Qualifications:
15 years of project/program management experience with a focus on strategic enterprisewide initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence crossfunctional project teams using advanced tools (charter project plan RAID RACI process flow diagrams communication plan Standard Operating Procedures change management plan requirements assessment control plan etc..
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels and functions.
Proactive strategic thinker capable of thriving in a dynamic fluid working environment.
Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to independently set strategic priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification and advanced project management coursework.
Expertise in strategic use of Smartsheets Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Visio and advanced Excel functions.
Proven track record of executing largescale transformative programs from discovery to .
Strong attention to detail innovative thinking and strategic problemsolving skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Excellent communication skills to drive a comprehensive strategic communications strategy.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $00 USD Annual. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
