This role blends sales psychology emotional intelligence and storytelling. Youll need to ask the right questions listen deeply and tailor conversations that resonate. Its about building trust sparking curiosity and creating real connectionnot pitching roles like a script.
Youll be expected to sell the storyof the company the role and why it matters now. That means guiding conversations with intention navigating objections and influencing decisions through clear compelling value.
If your comfort zone is screening applicants or sending templated messages this role will feel overwhelming.

Work setup: Full onsite Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
