Job Description
Gas infrastructure is at the heart of industrial transformation and youre at the heart of making it happen. As Principal Project Manager youll lead the development implementation and operationalization of strategic gas infrastructure projects including a Virtual Pipeline (VPL) system. From feasibility to commissioning and beyond your leadership will ensure that every project phase delivers on its promise: efficient energy operational excellence and commercial viability.
Who are we searching for
- Youre a seasoned gas infrastructure expert with at least 5 years of handson experience in energy project .
- Youre deeply familiar with LNG/CNG systems compression technologies and virtual pipeline operations.
- Youre confident leading crossfunctional teams overseeing EPC contractors and coordinating complex project logistics.
- Youre analytical strategic and wellversed in regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.
- Youre a builder of commercial and stakeholder relationshipsfrom government agencies to investors and local communities.
Your responsibilities...
Development and amp; Implementation
- You will oversee feasibility studies business cases and project structuring for new gas infrastructure initiatives.
- You will lead engineering design procurement and construction ensuring all phases align with best practices.
- You will develop and manage key partnerships with EPC contractors technology providers and stakeholders.
Project and amp; Delivery
- You will lead the endtoend of gas infrastructure projectson time and within budget.
- You will manage project planning risk resources and stakeholder coordination.
- You will enforce compliance with safety regulatory and environmental standards.
- You will monitor and resolve performance bottlenecks ensuring seamless .
Virtual Pipeline Operations
- You will oversee the development deployment and optimization of virtual pipeline systems.
- You will ensure efficient processes for gas compression transportation storage and distribution.
- You will deploy digital tools for realtime monitoring and optimization of the virtual pipeline.
Regulatory Compliance and amp; Stakeholder Management
- You will ensure compliance with national and regional gas regulations.
- You will manage the licensing and permitting process for gas assets and facilities.
- You will cultivate relationships with regulators government agencies and industry associations.
- You will lead community engagement securing a strong social license to operate.
Team Leadership and amp; Performance Management
- You will build and lead a highperforming team grounded in accountability and excellence.
- You will design and manage dashboards for KPIs and performance metrics.
- You will develop training programs to build technical and leadership capacity across your team.
To be considered you should have...
- A Bachelors degree in engineering; a Masters in Project Management Engineering Management or Business is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience managing gas infrastructure or energy projects.
- Proven success delivering largescale gas projects from concept to commercialization.
- Expertise in virtual pipelines (LNG/CNG) gas compression and gas distribution systems.
- Strong knowledge of EPC contract management financing models and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing stakeholders driving performance and solving complex problems.
