Performs EKGs transcribe interpretations and maintain EKG system.
Assist with Holter and Event Monitor placement disconnection download shipping interpretation and charting.
Assist with Stress Tests.
Assist in patient charting.
May provide backup to Heart Station front desk.
Schedules patient tests.
Assist Sonographers with patients.
Assist in the training of other staff members as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:
Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications those without a skills assessment component are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements).
Preferred Qualifications:
Some college or allied health field experience preferred.
Basic understanding of the cardiovascular system.
Ability to perform EKGs Holter Monitor placement and scanning tests.
Ability to interact with children and parents.
Basic office skills.
