Job Description

Are you interested in enhancing retail performance and are motivated to improve sales Are you keen on building meaningful relationships with partners and ensuring results in a vibrant environment Do you want to contribute to a brand that combines luxury with forwardthinking technology If so this could be the role for you.

As a Junior Area Retail Manager you will work closely with the senior area retail manager and sales operations team to ensure fluid process and communication between HQ & Market Partners. You will be an advocate for brand standards leveraging this with localised support to boost growth in the UK Sales Market performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of monobrand stores using sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support monobrand stores by providing product training and guidance on how to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with the commercial buying team to improve sales providing effective support on stock management and order placements.
  • Establish and nurture longlasting profitable relationships with partner stores ensuring compliance with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Stay up to date with market needs and trends ensuring seamless communication between HQ and market partners.
  • Develop and carry out SWOT Plans & Action plans to improve business needs and focus based on KPI performance to continuously improve business results.
  • Support senior ARM in store visits and problemsolving within brand compliance.

What you bring:

Were looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an ability to operate in highenergy environments smoothly. You will need to be effective in stakeholder management and have the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Additionally you bring:

  • Experience in retail performance management or similar commercial roles.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present and translate performance data into actionable plans.
  • Experience managing relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • A keen and creative approach to problemsolving with a passion for the brand.
  • Ability to work alone while also being able to collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across different locations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Location: United Kingdom a hybrid role balanced between home working and store visits.
