Junior Associate Attorney Construction Insurance Defense
Position Overview:
A dynamic law firm specializing in insurance defense is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with expertise in Insurance Defense Litigation. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to the firms trucking defense practice.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction defect cases.
- Prior personal injury defense experience may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and defend constructionrelated cases independently.
- Draft detailed responses to discovery requests.
- Take and defend depositions effectively.
- Maintain and oversee case files.
Required Skills:
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in drafting discovery responses (preferred).
- Experience in depositions (preferred).
- Capability to handle cases autonomously with minimal supervision.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $100000 to $160000 per year based on experience.
- Bonus: $30/hour for all hours worked beyond standard expectations.
Work Arrangement:
- Remote.
